Affiliaiton fees

  At the EGM held on January 22nd the introduction of Pro Rata fees was passed. So the affiliation fees for the WAA for the year starting 1st Oct 2011 to 30th Sept 2012 are as follows:-
1st Oct - Dec 31st 10.00
1st Jan - Mar 31st 7.50
1st April - June 30th 5.00
1st July - Sept 30th 2.50
Please note that this applies to new members not lapsed members and that the existing custom where people joining after 1st May were covered for the following year has ceased to exist.

  The WAA Indoor Championships was held on the 22nd January at the Welsh Institute of Sport, Cardiff. Our Lady Paramount for the event was Mrs Pat Widger, previous Chairman of the WAA. Our thanks must go to veryone who helped to make this a very successful event, without them it wouldn`t have taken place.
